This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and explains your obligations to us for various Multiproduct services. You acknowledge and agree that you have had an opportunity to read and understand the Agreement and agree to be bound by it. If you have any questions, please contact Multiproduct prior to agreeing.

The Multiproduct.net website is a service offered by Silver Machines Enterprise (collectively, "Multiproduct" or "We" or "Us" or "Our" or "Publisher"). This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (the "Terms and Conditions of Use" or "Agreement") contains the terms and conditions applicable to your access and use of the Multiproduct.net website and services (collectively, the "Website"), whether accessed via the internet, wirelessly or through any other method. The content of this website is for your general information purposes only. It is subject to change without notice. Multiproduct permits you to use this site, and by visiting the Website or accessing any content available through the Website you accept this Agreement. Multiproduct may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions of Use on the Website, and you agree that your use of the Website after such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. For your convenience, the date of last revision is included at the top of this page. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO VIEW OR OTHERWISE USE THE WEBSITE.

1. Multiproduct's Proprietary Rights and Permitted Use
The Website is the sole and exclusive property of Multiproduct and/or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose, any portion of the Website, use of the Website, or access to the Website other than as expressly authorized by Multiproduct in writing. Use of the Website in any way not expressly permitted by this Agreement is prohibited, and may be actionable under Malaysia or international law.

So long as you agree and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and unless this Agreement is otherwise terminated by Multiproduct, you are permitted to view and use the Website solely for your own use; provided, however, that you may not duplicate, publish, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any content located on the Website unless expressly authorized by Multiproduct in writing. You agree that you will not remove or modify any acknowledgements, credits or legal notices contained on the Website.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that, as between Multiproduct and you, all right, title, and interest in and to the Website, including without limitation any patent rights, patents, business methods, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, inventions, know-how, and all other intellectual property rights pertaining thereto, shall be owned exclusively by Multiproduct.

You agree not to access the Website by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Multiproduct. You further agree that you will not collect any information from or through the Website using any automated means, including without limitation any script, spider, "screen scraping," or "database scraping" application. You will not damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of it. If Multiproduct makes software available to you for download, your download and use of such software shall be subject to a separate license agreement.

2. User Registration Obligations and Contributions to the Website
The Buyer (collectively, the "Buyer", the person placing the order for the insertion of the Advertisement) warrants that, in relation to an Advertisement, the Buyer contracts with Multiproduct as principal notwithstanding that the Buyer may be acting directly or indirectly for the Advertiser as an advertising agent or media buyer or in some other representative capacity. Where the Buyer is the Advertiser's advertising agency, the Buyer warrants that it is authorized by the Advertiser to place, add or amend the Advertisement with Multiproduct.

Multiproduct provides users, including Multiproduct advertisers, with opportunities to contribute to the Website. You understand that all information, data, text, links, articles, software, photographs, graphics, video, music, sound, messages and other content posted by you on the Website (collectively, the "User Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are your sole responsibility, and that you are solely and exclusively responsible for all such User Content. By posting, providing, or otherwise making available any User Content, you hereby grant to Multiproduct and its affiliates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, nonexclusive, limited license to reproduce, use, adapt, modify, publish, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute and create derivative works from such User Content in any form in any medium, and Multiproduct may sublicense all or part of its rights under this license or assign them to third parties. You waive all moral rights with respect to any User Content. You also represent and warrant that: (i) you own the content posted by you on or through the Website or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section; (ii) your posting of the content on or through the Website does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person; and (iii) your posting of the User Content is in compliance with the Code of Conduct and the Registration Guidelines. You further agree that Multiproduct is free to use any ideas, know-how, concepts, techniques or other materials you send us for any purpose.

If you register in Multiproduct.net, you agree to:
(a) Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself or the company you represent.
(b) Provide your login e-mail address, business name, owner/contact name, address, phone number, fax, website address (url), your business trade category, company details ONLY on site sections and fields where as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data").
(c) Maintain and promptly update the Registration Content to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
(d) That you are fully authorized to publish and to authorize Multiproduct to publish all Content (including, without limitation, having full authorization from any business whose Business Listing you add, amend or update).

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Multiproduct has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete and Multiproduct reserves the right to suspend or terminate your member service and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check the correctness of the Advertisement (and each insertion of the Advertisement, if more than one). Multiproduct assumes no responsibility for the repetition of an error in an Advertisement ordered for more than one insertion. Notify us immediately if any error occurs.

If any of the information in the Business Listing for your Business Changes, becomes out of date, or no longer complies with this Agreement, You must immediately amend Your Business Listing so that it complies with this Agreement; and/or immediately notify Multiproduct.

You acknowledge that Multiproduct reserves the right (but does not assume the obligation) in its sole discretion to reject, move, edit or remove any User Content that is contributed to the Website. Without limiting the foregoing, Multiproduct shall have the right to remove any User Content that violates this Agreement (including without limitation the Code of Conduct) or is otherwise objectionable as determined in Multiproduct's sole and absolute discretion. You acknowledge that Multiproduct does not verify, adopt, ratify, or sanction User Content, and you agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, your use of User Content or your reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of User Content.

Any material, trade offers, companies and so on presented in this site is without warranties. Any information on this site may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no commitment to correct or update the materials, and do not check and/or control the content of any information and services or any products or services that may appear on this site. Under no circumstances, we will not be liable for any errors or omissions in any information presented in our site(s) or for any loss or damages of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any information contained on our site(s) also.

Each User hereby represents, warrants and agrees that it has obtained all necessary third party copyright, trademark trade secret or patent licenses and permissions, or such other licenses or permissions as may be required in connection with any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party (including but not limited to rights of personality and rights of privacy), for any material or information it posts on the Site or provides to Multiproduct or authorizes Multiproduct to display. Third party copyrights, trademarks, trade secret rights, patents and other personal or proprietary rights affecting or relating to material or information displayed on the Site, including but not limited to rights of personality and rights of privacy, or affecting or relating to products that are offered or displayed on the Site, are hereafter referred to as "Third Party Rights." Each User hereby represents, warrants and agrees that it shall be solely responsible for ensuring that any material or information it posts on the Site or provides to Multiproduct or authorizes Multiproduct to display does not, and that the products represented thereby do not, violate any Third Party Rights, or ensuring it is posted with the permission of the owner(s) of such rights. Each User hereby represents, warrants and agrees that it has the right to manufacture, offer, sell, import and distribute the products it offers and displays on the Site, and that such manufacture, offer, sale, importation and/or distribution of those products violates no Third Party Rights.

Each User hereby represents, warrants and agrees that information submitted to Multiproduct for display on the Site shall not:
- violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
- relate to sale of products or services that infringe or otherwise abet or encourage the infringement or violation of any third party's copyright, patent, trademarks, trade secret or other proprietary right or rights of publicity or privacy;
- contain fraudulent information or make fraudulent offers of items or involve the sale or attempted sale of counterfeit or stolen items or items whose sales and/or marketing is prohibited by applicable law, or otherwise promote other illegal activities;
- be part of a scheme to defraud other Users of the Site or for any other unlawful purpose;
- be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;
- be obscene or contain or infer any pornography or sex-related merchandising or any other content or otherwise promotes sexually explicit materials or is otherwise harmful to minors;
- contain any material that constitutes unauthorized advertising or harassment (including but not limited to spamming), invades anyone's privacy or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law or regulation;
- contain any computer viruses or other destructive devices and codes that have the effect of damaging, interfering with, intercepting or expropriating any software or hardware system, data or personal information;
- link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that are prohibited under this Agreement; or
- otherwise create any liability for Multiproduct or its partners / affiliates.

Your conduct in connection with the Website is governed by Multiproduct's Code of Conduct, which is hereby incorporated herein by this reference. If you discover materials on the Website that violate this Agreement, including without limitation the Code of Conduct, please notify us at customercare@multiproduct.net.

4. Links to Other Websites and Search Results
The Website may contain links to websites operated by other parties. Multiproduct or Multiproduct's advertisers provides these links to other websites as a convenience, and your use of these sites is at your own risk. The linked sites are not under the control of Multiproduct, and Multiproduct is not responsible for the content available on these third party sites. Such links do not imply Multiproduct's endorsement of information or material on any other site and Multiproduct disclaims all liability with regard to your access to and use of such linked websites.

The Website may provide search results that include third party content, including references to third party goods or services. You acknowledge and agree that such third party content belongs to Multiproduct's advertisers, and that Multiproduct has no control over such content or the information contained therein. References to third party goods or services do not imply Multiproduct's endorsement of those goods or services, and Multiproduct disclaims all liability with regard to your access to and use of such material

5. Communications with Third Parties
Your dealings or communications through the Website with any party other than Multiproduct are solely between you and that third party. You further acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances will Multiproduct be liable, directly nor indirectly for any goods, services, resources or content available through such third party dealings or communications, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, site or resource.

6. Links to the Website or Multiproduct Content
Unless otherwise set forth in a written agreement between you and Multiproduct, you must adhere to Multiproduct 's linking policy as follows: (i) the appearance, position and other aspects of the link may not be such as to damage or dilute the reputation of Multiproduct, (ii) the appearance, position and other attributes of the link may not create the false appearance that your organization or entity is sponsored by, affiliated with, or associated with Multiproduct, (iii) when selected by a user, the link must display the Website on full-screen and not within a "frame" on the linking Website, and (iv) Multiproduct reserves the right to revoke its consent to the link at any time and in its sole discretion. This paragraph applies to links to any page on the Website and/or any content available on or through the Website, including without limitation any Multiproduct widget.

7. Trademarks
The Silver Machines Enterprise name and logo and the Multiproduct.net, My Multiproduct.net, Powered by Multiproduc.net and related names and logos are trademarks/service marks of Multiproduct. Unauthorized use of any Multiproduct trademark, service mark or logo may be a violation of federal and state trademark laws. All third party trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and cannot be used without permission. Third party trademark references herein do not constitute or imply affiliation with, endorsement, or recommendation of Multiproduct by the respective trademark owners.

8. No Professional Advice
You acknowledge that Multiproduct does not provide professional advice, and you agree that you will not use the Website as a substitute for or supplement to advice from a qualified professional, whether they be a financial, legal or other professional.

9. Monitoring and/or Modifications to Site
Multiproduct reserve the right, but has no obligation to monitor all advertisement, public postings and messages to ensure that they confirm to content guidelines that are monitored by us and Multiproduct shall have the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website, or any portion thereof, with or without notice. You agree that Multiproduct shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website.

10. Charges
Multiproduct services are for 3 years contractual period unless agreed in writing by the company. Registering a member account and using the Free Member plan services are free of charge. (The other service plans incur charges based upon the level of service as stated on our Upgrade Plan page. All fees and performed services are refundable (minus our fees of 20%) within 7 days of placing your order. In order to process a refund, you must request the refund within 7 calendar days of your date of purchase. We reserve the right to modify the charging clause and we will notify you of the changed clause immediately. Please note that you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties and for all hardware, software, service and other costs you incur to trade or access our servers. We reserve the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, some or all of the service at any time without notice. Multiproduct reserves the right during the contractual period to amend or substitute specific advertising styles within the product range including directory, CD and internet versions.

11. Suspension and/or Termination Rights
Multiproduct reserves the right, at its sole discretion, immediately and without notice, to suspend or terminate the Agreement, your registration for any program, your ability to access the Website and/or to remove, temporarily or permanently any User Content, some or all of the service at any time without notice, for any reason, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement or conduct by you that Multiproduct determines in its sole and absolute discretion to be inappropriate. Once your member service is terminated you agree not to post a message on our site(s), or to assist or cause another person to post a messages on your behalf. Members can select to terminate their membership at any time, by sending us an email through their e-mail account used at registration especially mentioning the account e-mail address and the user password or contact us at:: +605-805 9651. You agree that Multiproduct shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any such suspension or termination.

12. Notice of Claims for Copyright Infringement (Copyright Policy)
If you are a copyright owner or agent thereof and believe that content posted on the Website by one of our users infringes upon your copyright, please submit notice, pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our Copyright Agent with the following information: (a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright; (b) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (c) the URL of the location on our Website containing the material that you claim is infringing; (d) your address, telephone number, and email address; (e) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. 14. Wireless Access
You acknowledge that, depending on your wireless data plan, your wireless company may impose fees in connection with your wireless access or use of the Website, and you agree that you are solely responsible for such fees. Similarly, by using the "Send to Phone" feature, you may cause the recipient of your message to incur SMS and/or messaging fees, and you agree that you are solely responsible for such fees.

15. Back-Up
Multiproduct is not responsible for any lost data resulting from the operation of our Website and/or the enforcement of the Terms and Conditions of Use, and is not obligated to maintain back-up copies of any User Content. We recommend that you retain a copy of all User Content that you post or distribute to, or through, the Website.

16. E-mail Address, Password and Security
During the registration process, you will name an E-mail Address and choose a Password. You may receive a password and account designation upon completing the Website's registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your E-mail Address and Password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Member ID and Password. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your E-mail Address or Password or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you properly exit the website (log out) at the end of each session. Multiproduct will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement.

17. Disclosure of Personal Information and User Content
Without limitation of any of the rights granted to Multiproduct herein, you acknowledge and agree that Multiproduct may preserve and disclose your personal information and/or any User Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce our rights; (c) respond to claims that any User Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Multiproduct any individual or the public.

18. Children
The Website is not directed toward children under 18 years of age nor does Multiproduct knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit any personally identifiable information to the Website.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

20. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULTIPRODUCT DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL LOSSES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF MULTIPRODUCT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, MULTIPRODUCT'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MULTIPRODUCT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE THE APPLICABLE CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE.

21. Restriction
You and Multiproduct agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between Multiproduct and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law: (1) no arbitration shall be joined with any other; (2) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (3) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

22. Governing Law
These Terms and Condition constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof, and govern your use of this site, superseding any prior agreements between you and us. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party Content or third-party software. These Terms and Conditions, and the relationship between you and us will be governed by the laws of Malaysia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you choose to access the Website from locations outside of Malaysia, you do so on your own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with Malaysia and your local govern laws.

The following rules govern your conduct when using the Multiproduct.net website or services. These rules supplement the Terms and Conditions of use, and any violation of these rules constitutes a breach of the Terms and Conditions of use. If you do not agree to follow these rules, do not enter or use the Multiproduct.net website.

We may from time-to-time revise the Code of Conduct, and the date of last revision will be available at the top, so please be sure to check back periodically.

You agree that you will not email, post, send or otherwise contribute to or make available on the Multiproduct.net website any content that:

*  Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, abusive, disparaging, pedophilic, pornographic, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or malicious;
*  Contains hate propaganda or promotes discrimination or violence against any people on account of their race, national origin, religion, age, gender, disability, or sexual orientation;
*  use Multiproduct or any information contained on Multiproduct in connection with any surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any similar activity;
*  Promotes information that you know is false, misleading, or promotes illegal conduct;
*  Is or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, or providing information to circumvent access control technologies;
*  Infringes any patent, copyright, trademark, service mark, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any other party;
*  Provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
*  Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, or providing or creating computer viruses;
*  Contains a software virus or any other code files or programs that are designed to or have the ability to interrupt, destroy, compromise, or otherwise limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment whether owned by Multiproduct.net or any other party;
*  May be harmful to minors;
*  Solicits or collects passwords, or personal identifying information from other users for unauthorized or unlawful purposes; or
*  Otherwise violates any local, state, national or other applicable law or regulation.

In addition, you may not, in connection with your use of the Multiproduct.net website:

* Impersonate any person or entity, including a Multiproduct.net officer or employee, or falsely misrepresent your affiliation with any other person or entity;
* Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers for the purpose of disguising the origin of any content posted or transmitted through or on the Multiproduct.net website;
* Interfere with or disrupt any Multiproduct.net server or network resource;
* Stalk or harass any person; or
* Collect or "harvest" from the Multiproduct.net website the names of or information associated with other users.

These guidelines are a reflection of Multiproduct's efforts to build, maintain and promote a quality product for our advertisers and their prospective customers. Multiproduct reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to review Advertiser submissions. Multiproduct in its sole discretion may modify or remove any content at any time and for any reason. These Guidelines are in addition to, not in lieu of, the Terms and Conditions of use and the Code of Conduct, both of which you must continue to comply with.

Minimum Requirements

* Business Profiles must be in English (priority) or/and Bahasa Malaysia.
* Business Profiles must be supplied in the manner and format specified (fill your business profiles in the proper text box provided in the Registration Form) on Multiproduct.
* Any website linked to a Business Profile must have a relevant landing page.
* All videos must directly represent the business.
* All service area and category selections must be relevant to the business.
* All business names should accurately reflect the actual name under which the company conducts its day-to-day operations.

You may not submit content that:

*  Is illegal, offensive, threatening, false, or misleading.
*  Contains profanity (including gestures and symbols that represent or imply curse words), derogatory terms or verbiage not normally used in polite conversation.
*  Promotes sexually suggestive content involving children, teens, underage models.
*  Promotes or depicts non-consensual activity.
*  Depicts adult/sexual/pornographic images.
*  Promotes or depicts prostitution.
*  Promotes online gambling websites, or websites that directly support or facilitate illegal online gambling.
*  Promotes illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, miracle cures, or products designed or advertised to change the results of drug tests.
*  Promotes online pharmacy sites unless the advertiser is the Approved and Licensed by the local government as member of the Licensed Pharmacy Program and provides a valid member identification number.
*  Promotes the sale of fake documents or counterfeit goods.
*  Promotes the sale of fireworks or explosives.
*  Promotes or depicts acts of violence or human suffering.
*  Advocates against any person, organization, business, industry, etc.
*  Promotes the sale of human body parts, organs, or fluids.
*  Promotes the solicitation of funds.
*  Promotes file sharing or peer-to-peer networking sites.
*  Promotes link-only sites or third party Cost Per Click (CPC) ad resellers,
*  Promotes template sites for ad networks, including without limitation, products and services that create templates or pregenerated websites intended to profit from ads, bulk marketing, spam, cable descramblers, black boxes, dialers, computer hacking or cracking, or modification chips.

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Weapons Advertisements:

Multiproduct allows advertisements for alcohol, tobacco and weapons to the extent that such advertisements otherwise comply with these local government guidelines. However, Multiproduct.net may not allow advertisements for alcohol, tobacco and weapons depending on the local government policies, and Multiproduct does not guarantee the appearance of such advertising on Multiproduct.net.

General Profile Registration Requirements:

*  Use clear, descriptive and specific ad content that highlights the characteristics of your product/service.
*  Use standard capitalization. Do not capitalize entire words.
*  Support competitive claims; do not use superlatives such as "best", "#1", "lowest", "cheapest", etc.
*  Use proper grammar and spelling. Spell out all numerical values in the range of 0 - 10. Use one space between sentences.
*  Use standard punctuation and symbols. No improper or unnecessary abbreviations.
*  Accurately represent your product or service. Your ad must directly relate to the profile content.
*  Don't use unnecessary repetition.
*  You must respect the intellectual property, privacy and publicity rights of third parties.
*  Do not use superfluous punctuation.

Suggestions for Effective Company Business Details Descriptions

Company business details descriptions are limited to 200 characters for Free Member, 1000 characters for Basic Member, 3000 characters for Premium Member & 5000 characters for Farming Member (including spaces).

An intriguing business profile can engage and attract consumers that are ready to buy. A less interesting profile can drive consumers to competitors.
Company business details descriptions are meant to detail the company's primary function and provide an accurate account of the features and benefits the business provides to its customers. A well written company business details description should contain at least a paragraph and should describe key information about a business, as well as answer several basic questions.
